SEO Technologies will analyze a PH9 or PH10 probe head for failure. This service does not include any type of repair. This fee is waived for Comprehensive Repair, RBL or Purchasing Program described below. 

This service includes professional repair, testing and warranty of PH9 PH10 probe heads.  It begins with failure analysis, disassembly, cleaning, component inspection and testing; it is evaluated for corrective action and all necessary repairs.  After the repairs and replacement of defective components, it is then subject to thorough testing including all angular, rotational and static movements. This service requires 2-3 weeks of lead time and results in a Certificate of Repeatability.

Repair By Loan (RBL) enables the customer to get their CMM up and running as quickly as possible through the loan of a certified probe head. This service provides a reconditioned unit for the customer to use while SEO Technologies completes the Comprehensive Repair on the customer’s defective probe head as described above. 

SEO offers fully reconditioned probe heads for purchase which are backed by a 90-day written warranty. This cost effective solution minimizes CMM down time with a reliable and certified product. A core credit of three hundred dollars ($300) is available for PH9 and PH10 probe heads in any condition, offered in exchange at time of order.
